tragus piercing
has anyone had a tragus piercing? if so i have a question, i got mine done like a week ago and it has been bealing beautifully, but the other night, a few people hugged me and accidently bumped into it and the next day it hurts like hell..does it mean now it's infected or it just got jostled around and the pain will go away? I've been cleaning it regularly with sea salt wipes as well.

I got mine done about a month ago. When mine gets caught in my hair it hurts for a day or so. Its not infected. No worries. It'll probably go away tomorrow or the next day. try not to sleep on it tonight(if you get this lol) if its still hurting tomorrow, try not sleeping on it, that will help it breathe. Wear your hair up tomorrow, if its hurting, that way nothing is bothering it. I hope I helped! =D

I have had my tragus done for almost a year now.

I remember all about getting it done and the months following it and to be honest i think it was one of the most painfull piercings .. ex with the whole healing process.
Numerous times i bumped it and caught it on things && yeah, it will hurt for a while after .. but it'll go away. Don't worry, it doesn't mean its infected.
Just make suree you keep up the sea salt soaks!
