Comrade answered Tuesday July 8 2008, 5:52 pm:
The mission is called "Shakedown". It is accessable after you rescue Lance and after you complete "Rub Out".

"Shakedown" requires you do go to the Vice City mall and shoot out windows in certain stores. Since this mission builds your wanted level very quickly, it may be faster (and safer) in some cases to enter the store and have the cops shoot the windows out for you.

The reward for this mission is $2,000 cash and the ability to purchase all assets, include the Pole Position club.
