yeah it should give you a way to update your profile and in one slot it gives you the option to upload a picture, click on the browse button next to it and it will let you look at the pictures you have on your Computer. clivk on teh one you want and press upload/or open which ever one it give you. That should do it

Go to "Profile Settings" on your left, and at the top, you can chose to upload a picture [it can only be 15K or less, which is small] or give a link to a picture.
The second is what I suggest.
Upload your picture on Tinypic.com and then copy the link into the space where it says "URL of a picture of you".
There you go ;]
