Sansa e270

Question Posted Monday June 30 2008, 12:22 am

Hey, I'm the same girl with the problem with the MP3 player. Well, I need some more help.

Everytime I turn on the MP3 player, it tells me it has a low battery.

So, I connect it to my computer to charge it. And is says Refresh Database. And I know you're suppose to wait until it all loads, but it never loads. It just stays like that. And it shows that the battery is full.

And when I disconnect it from the computer is still stays like that. So I wait for the battery to die (Which only lasts like 5 minutes) And it does the same thing over again.

Do you know what could be wrong with it?

Hey,

Even though its telling you battery is full and everthing you know it isn't, so i'd try leaving it on for awhile and see if the battery actually charges....

If not, then you may have a faulty sansa, and i'd take it back

By the way, did you get your music transfering to work?
