white eyeliner??

does anybody know of a good white eyeliner that goes on really smoothly and something i can buy at walmart?? i want to put the eyeliner on the inside to make my eyes look bigger, so i dont want it to wear off easily and quickly.

i went to walmart the other day and asked one of the employees what a good product would be as a subsitute for white eyeliner. they told me that if you mix men's cum and creamcheese, you will get a mixture that will highlight your eyes and make them look bigger. it is long lasting and actually works! try it out hun
