You have to be at least 18 to check in so that you can give credit card information and that type of thing. However, you could get your parents to reserve and check in to the room for you. They don't have a rule that you have to have an adult with you staying in the room, but an adult has to be liable. If your parents are okay with you being in the hotel anyway, it shouldn't be a problem for them to arrange the room.

Call all the hotels you are looking at and see how old you have to be to check in.

All hotels (That I know of, at least) require you to be at least 18 to check in, and I'm sure there are some that require you to be 21. Your best bet would be to check the specific hotel you're planning on staying at.
