Heart rate

Question Posted Thursday May 8 2008, 10:35 am

Well lately ive been having a racing heart.
The other day ,i passed out for the first time and dropped to the floor but there was no reason for it really.
But lately i feel a bit naughtious and have a speeding heart rate even when im trying to sleep.
Ive been having more sugar than usual ,but i don't think it would do that.
I walk alot and work out a few times a week.
I was thinking it may be from working out the other day because my whole entire body is sore but i just wanna know if the racing heart is a sign of something?

I've experienced these symptoms before...does this happen at least twice a week? If it does, then you might have an anxiety disorder. Talk to your doctor, a school nurse, or an adult.
