healthy amount of computer time?

in your opinion, how much time should the average person spend in front of their computer which is NOT work / school - related? and how many hours is considered unhealthy (like more than x hours)?

Yes, definetly don't go over 2 hours. More than that can definetly ruin your eyes and can give some people headaches. I would say under no circumstance should you need go over 3 hours. Now, this is for fun. Work and school are separate, but there is no need for fun time on the computer when it's already 10pm. Then you will be risking your sleep time.

two hours max. though i know many people extend that amount of time. as long as you are getting enough exercise.
