Not like a relationship
17/f... I just started going out with this kid like 3 weeks ago. He's really sweet and we get along very well but he is the most shy person I have ever met. Like, when we're together, I feel like I just ramble on and he doesn't talk much, but he apparently likes me alot. Plus, he hasn't even kissed me yet; he's kissed me on the cheek and stuff but like he's never really kissed me and that kind of bothers me. I mean, I'm his first girlfriend so I guess it's understandable but still... I know some people might say "well you should kiss him" or whatever but ever since we started liking each other I've initiated everything; I asked him to prom first, I hugged him first, and I basically asked him out. I wanna talk to him about it soon but I don't wanna rush him into anything or make him do anything. But still, is it like really weird that he hasn't kissed me yet? Or am I just overreacting?

He's new to the club, relax. Be yourself around him (he obviously likes you) and if you feel like you should initiate a date/hug/kiss, do it!
Or you could subtly let him know that he can take charge himself, by sweetly saying "kiss me?"
If not, oh well...Do what you gotta do. What do you have to lose?
