Honestly, i would love to answer your question but there are a couple of things that prevent me from doing this.
1)spelling/grammer-using correct english makes it easier to see what you are asking. A question mark couldn't hurt either.
2)age and gender would help
3)if were a little more specific. What do you mean by getting too big? sticking out?

I don't want to give you the wrong answer so if you would please kindly send this question again (clearly written) I would love to answer it! thank you!
