i second the neutorgena. i tried clean and clear products for a bit. they worked so-so. i switched to neutogena which is pricy but it works well for me. all products work different for everybody though.
yes, the body clenser works well for the acne i have on my shoulders/chest, so i assume it will work well for the stuff on your back.

well, i use this one stuff called Body Wash Body Clear. it's neutrogena and..it's orange haha. it's working for me. i hope it works for you. :)
