Ok, i'm going to attempt to make an ear hoodie. This is the hoodie i'm planning to get:

and these are the ear i'm going to get:

Now, if I like cut some slite in the hood and put the ears inside the slit would that work out? If not, could someone explain an easy way to do it? Thanks!

I'm not sure I'd cut holes. I think that you should sew tabs onto the ears, and attach the tabs to the top of the hoodie. You could also pin the ears in, and use black thread to attach the ears at an angle. You can also use upholstering/sewing adhesive in the process.
