I Need a Formal Simple Dress????

Hi I have a wedding in july, I want to buy a dress, but i don't want it to be too over the top, a nice palne formal dress. Do you knwo of any good stores/boutiques where i can find a nice dress for like 50-70 dollars...????Btw I live in Toronto so if you knaw any store around where I live that'll help too???

Maybe victorias secret? i get simple dresses from there for sweet sixteens, bat/bar mitzvahs, dances, and many others. hope i helped!
