Hmmm? soo i want to lose weight! but the problem is mainly just around my stomach but i read on the internet that if you want to lose weight from one area you have to lose it from all areas? is that true? and i like my curves im crrently a size 12 in UK sizes. n i like my boobs but im scared that if i lose weight i will lose my boob size which is now 34D or DD sometimes i can fit into a C but i like it and i like my bum! lol so how can i get a flat stomach and yet have big boobs an big bum and that? like will yoga help? and also is there somehtng that can keep my boobs up? becuase i feel there a bit low? any advice will be appreciated thank you guys mwah x btw im a 16/f x

browse down the website and on the right corner on the bottom of the page theres a column in blue colour named "problem" click on your problem(eg-body part which u wanna lose weight on)

im the same way =] and that is not true !but i suggest just doing some situps everyday...maybe start out doing about 10 and work your way up from there. also, 17 magazine offers GREAT workouts for specific areas. ]
