okay, so i really like thss guy like alot. and he likes me too. and we've made out a few times before. but his best friend is my somewhat of an ex.. and how am i going to be able to hang out with him if his best friend is always with him?! i mean i know he should understand but it's just going to be so akward.
but me and bob ( the guy i like ALOT) are really hitting it off. we were first best friends now, more. and he's the most amazing thing..

I really think you should go for it, but ask him first, will it do anything to destroy his friendship with your ex. If he says it wont, then you should defenently go out with him.

talk to him about it, tell him you're kind of uncomfortable with his friend being there. he should understand, and he will probably want you all to himself anyways. or you could talk to your somewhat of an ex and explain that if you and him have to hang out because of "bob" that it shouldn't be awkward and that you two should just put the past behind you.
