Plan B has a crapload of hormones in it, so it's normal for your period to be off. There's not really a way to tell about your next period. I would assume that it will be normal, but you never know. Obviously since you just had a period you're not pregnant, so you don't have much to worry about :)

What you have experienced this month with your period is normal after having taken Plan B. There really is no way to tell if it will mess with your next period because since it was such a big shot of hormones at one time, no one can say how long it will take to run through your system. It shouldn't be anything too drastic though if there is any kind of difference.
