PULLLEDD SOME MUSCLE i was just about to go running then BOOM i pulled something. i never strech before i run. so i was thinking right when it happend oh jus keep running. yeah no it hurt even more to the point i couldnt walk without bad pain. its right where my bikini line is. i cant walk without like hoping sort of.
what did i pull?

It's probably just a muscle strain, which isn't serious. It will go away in a few days. Take advil or asprin to help the pain. You can also put ice on it. You can do some light strecthing also when it hurts less. If you aren't better in a few days, go to the doctor. ]
ive had these before at the most awkward times hehe. well, good news is, the pain will go away in a few maybe day or 2. or pissibly quicker. bad news is idk why these things happen. hehe good lucka nd i hope it gets better.

I'm not really sure what you did but I would wait a day and then see how it feels if it doesn't feel better in a few day's I'd see a doctor.
