how many crunches

my sister is 10/f and she has pretty good abs but it just kinda looks weird cause its not complete it just looks un even so what can she do besides eat helthy to get complete abs thanks to anyone who answers this PPPEEEAAACCCCEEE OOOOUUUUTTTTTTT

it takes time to get really good and flat abs. actually mine were like that and i kept at it and it definatly got better. but you have to keep excersizing and stuff, itll be fine soon :)

well, most likely their un even because she doesnt run or bike, if you just do crunches alot of them then you'll get muscle under a layer of fat. and the only way to burn that fat off is to run bike or swim, not like swim for fun like doing laps or whatever they call it. :p
