How do you get the IPod symbol to show up on ITunes? I went onto it, the IPod is on and fully charged so what am I doing wrong?

Obivousley, from what your saying, your having problems with the computer recognising the ipod is connected.

Reinstall Itunes, and maybe try a ipod reset, you can find this on the apple website, then reconnect. If it still doesnt work, then check your USB cable isnt defaced (damaged).
