why do ppl set bags of poo on fire? is there a reason for the fire? bc poo smells bad by itself already

well i looked it up online, and couldnt find anything. i thik its just because it could either set the porch on fire, or it makes the poo smell worse, and the people have to put the fire out with something so it would get very messy, and smelly!
