I am REALLY sencitive. if someone tells me to shut up i will take it personally, and think they hate me. If my mom or dad says something to me with an attitude, i usually start crying. I dont understand why i am so sencitive. How do you stop being sencitive? Is there anything you can do about it? And saying just sucking it up won't help. thanks.

Fbomb answered Sunday December 23 2007, 12:43 pm: I think you should be ok with yourself being really sensitive, unless you think that it's keeping you from living your life the way you want to. When someone tells you to shutup, do you get over it eventually? Or do you hold it against them for a long time? If you feel like this is keeping you from doing what you want in life, you should talk to a counselor. Maybe there's something else going on that's making you feel really sensitive.
