i overheard some girls talking about saran wrapping a boys car as "revenge" but what does saran wrapping really do? how much damage does it do? and couldn't they get in trouble for destructing personal property?

heyimcaro answered Wednesday December 19 2007, 9:44 pm: since saran wrap is clingy, it's funny to wrap someone's car as tight as you can, then watch them try to find the place you stopped (where the roll ends). they have to scope it out and then once they find it, it usually takes a long time for them to take the wrap off.
it's just an inconvience, more or less the same as TP'ing or something like that.
& they COULD get in trouble if someone filmed them in the act, but unless that happens, the police won't believe you if you're just like "hey this girl and this girl did this to me/my car/house, etc". [ heyimcaro's advice column | Ask heyimcaro A Question ]

i dont think it can damage anything really, they might just find it funny but i dont see what they are thinking [ TheAnnie's advice column | Ask TheAnnie A Question ]
