delia's has hoodies like that, and probably so does urban outfitters. if delia's doesn't have that exact hoodie, then surely they will have one in the same "style" that you would like.

I'm pretty sure I've seen something like it at Delias. If you have that store near you, I would definitely take a look there. If they don't have that exact one, theres sure to be cute ones just like it! (:
