i've been in a relationship for 10 months with this great guy .. lately we've kinda been getting in these annoying little fights but they arent THAT big of a deal ;; the thing that kinda does bother me is we do the same thing every time i'm with him* and like i'm kinda getting bored ;; he's a GREAT guy and all and i really care about him but like lately i've been longing to be single have some exitement i'm getting alot of oppurtunies at parties and stuff and if things are going the way they are we will just be togther for a long time same old same old and it will be more hard to break it off .. like i'm flirting with guys and they are flirting with me ..then i feel guilty later on =/ BUT HERES THE THING this will be totally out of the blue i havent talked to him in like 5 days or so .. idn how to say what i'm trying to say idn how to do it without hurting him and making him hate me .. he is a really important part of my life like when something goes wrong with my family (i have a pretty messed up family) i go to his house cuz he lives so close ;; i'm soo stressed out
how do i break it off without making him hate me what should i say to explain it to him?

Maybe give some free advice about: Love Life? modelkate11 answered Saturday November 3 2007, 6:51 pm: alright i was stuck in this situation about 2 years ago. it was pretty easy actually he was really understanding. i told him that i just didn't feel the "connection" anymore and that i wanted to be single. i told him it wasn't his fault i just didn't want to be in the situation anymore and i wanted to break it off before he got really hurt. then he told me that he had realized that i wasn't feeling the same towards him anymore. there was some slight tearing up but when you're with someone for that long i think that's expected so just try that. i think he'll understand.
