I want to hook up with this guy NOW...
Well, this guy asked me out last year, but I didn't know him very well, and was exceptionally nervous. And since then, I have regretted it, and would totally go out with him if he asked again. But it's been a little less than a year, and I think that he has so gotten over it and would say no or be kind of weirded out or something like that. And plus, since we haven't become like acquainted since then either, I wouldn't know how to go about it. And, I would not want to seem really sappy and whatever since we're really casual, and don't really get like that, either of us.

I say you should just ask him to hang out. Just something simple. If you have a class with him try "lets study together".
