how do you scrunch hair?

my hairs like wavy.
everytime i try to scrunch it, it looks okay
but it frizzes in some places.
so how do you scrunch hair correctly?

Well first of all theres many ways of accomplishing this.

1. take a shower to get your hair wet when the temperature is right have somebody throw the cat in and let it do the work for you.

2. If you dont have a cat then try by putting your hair in a toster and sticking a fork in the outlet.

3. Gradually work from root to tip gell/moose mixed with cranberry juice and mayonase to give it extra shine and hold.
