Sprint Cellphones

Today I think someone stole my cell phone at school. And my service is Sprint, and i got it in May. And i know for a fact that my dad will flip out, so can i replace it and how much would it cost because i want the sprint upstage. or am i eligible to upgrade my phone?

I believe inorder to receive a new phone without paying full price you have to have insurance or wait 2 years for the contract to end. I would report that the phone has been stolen to sprint before someone makes calls with the phone and cost you more money.
