i like a girl, and i think she likes me but i don't know exactly how to land it and start dating

Well, I like you already, admitting that to yourself is the first step and thats good! If you beleive she likes you too, I doubt you have as much to worry about as you think. Be sweet and calm about things. Get her somewhere that's semi-alone so she wont be pressured into making a specific decision, then just tell her about the way you feel, ask her if she would want to be your gf, and don't forget to mention how much you'd love to be with her! That's always great to hear!
