How do you suggest to get rid of acne on back and chest?

Hi, go to a dermatologist.
I used to have it too. They put me in this pill called acutane and it clears you up for forever. I haven't broken out since.

Use a loafa scrub and put soap on it and scrub your back and chest. Each time you do it, scrub a little harder. Or, you can look for a cream in a medicine shop. Don't be embarassed to ask for it either. Hope I helped!
