how do i make my eyeliner stay put

I agree with babiigirl. I've used that CoverGirl eyeliner for years.. I won't try anything else. *as the old saying goes, if it's not broke...don't fix it* lol
You could also apply some face powder over your liquid makeup (over the eyes) to take out any natural oil (this will help your eyeliner & eye shadow stay put way longer if you have naturally oily skin.

i use covergirl eyeliner the kind you twist up and it stays put for me. ive cried for hours and i still have the stuff on so its pretty good.

Clinique makes a really good cream eyeliner that you put on with a brush. It stays put no matter what. I love it. It's 14 dollars a pot, but the pot will last you foreverrrr. It's worth the money.

If that's not an option, try liquid liner =)
