hi my grandfather has a a really old ibanez bass guitar, and it is broken
do you have a price range on how much to fix it?

That would depend on what's wrong with it. What model is it? What country are you in?

You really need to provide more information

Does it need new strings? That'll set you back next to nothing.

Does it need a new jack? Easy enough to replace, slightly more expensive.

Is the neck cracked? Extrememly expensive to fix.

I'm sure somebody will be able to help if you just give a bit more info.
