I went from 20 pounds over weight to a six pack that would make a beer can green with envy.

You said that.

How did u do it?
How long did it take?

Im not overweight im actually under.
but just wondring

well, when you commit to doing the body sculpting you must be ready to endure some pain. It took 2 months of going to the gym 4 hrs a day and running 5 miles every night.

The worst part is giving up some food you love for the months of exercise.


You could take it a little slower and pace yourself, but I had a school dance and we were going hot tubing afterwards and the whole football team was going to be there so I didn't want to be the only one with a pot belly.
