Do you mean the diamonds and hearts??
this website has most any symbol.. so check it out!

To make hearts, type & hearts ;
To make it bold, < b > [insert word here] < / b >
To make it italicized, < i > [insert word here] < / i >
except without the spaces..
If your asking about the backgrounds, on the left side of the screen, look for the link to column settings. From there they have links for background styles, and font colors.

fonts-

From there just type the code for the background/fonts in the spaces provided!
