In order to do this you have to know your default gateway address. To find the default gateway address if you are using the windows operating system, go to start, click run, then type in "cmd" without quotation marks, click ok. Then when the black box comes up type in ipconfig/all, and hit enter. then scroll down untill you see the address for Default Gateway. Once you have that number (it should look something like this xxx.xxx.x.x, "x" being the numbers) open up your web browser, and type that number in the address bar, and hit enter. Then there should be a box that pops up asking for username and password, depending upon what wireless router you are using, and whether or not it was changed, you shoujld be able to find the default username and password on this webbsite. Once you find out what the username and password is enter them into that box, click ok, and then you will need to find the wireless category, and remove the password.
