haha.. Some people are born with an awesome 'making out' ability(lol) so thats great for them. Others... not so much, like practice makes perfect.. But I really dont know if people really relise it that much, like im sure if you had hooked up w/ someone before and you were making out with some who hadnt ever, it might cross your mind, but for me id be caught up in the moment.. lol
but yea i think that it really just depends..
