Victorian styled dress

I'm looking for a Victorian or Edwardian styled dress (it does not actually have to be from that time period)that doesn't cost a fortune. It can be a costume from a play, or a real dress. I'd like the dress to not be poofy. I'm just looking for one to put on a mannequin in my room.

I'd like to purchase it online and to include a picture, of course. I have searched high and low for a dress like this.

I found a site that offers materials and templates to MAKE a Vic/Edw style dress. You can buy them. It is really difficult to find an ACTUAL dress, that isn't over 2,000 dolars.
