Am I fat?

Hi, I'm [insert age]/f and I weigh [insert weight] and am [insert height]. Am I fat?

Go to that page. Insert your height and weight.

This will give you a number in the heart. This number is your BMI [Body Mass Index] and it can help judge if you are underweight, normal, overweight, or obese.

BMI Categories:

* Underweight = less than 18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Which ever you fit into is what you are.
So take me- I'm 5'10" and weigh about 150 lbs.
My BMI is 21.5- therefore I fall under the "Normal weight" category and am not fat.
