a dress
okay i need a new dress by next weekend because i have to go to a bar mitzvha and it has to be kinda formal but not to dressy and perfeibly black and a little of another color i also has to have sleeves not long sleeves and no spaghetti straps. and I'd like to show a little leg, I've tried target, wall mart, h&m, and fashion bug but i can come up with anything i like. so if you could possibly recommend a store (in ny plz).

walk down the whole street until you see something you love .
and i guarentee you will find somehting .
if you want something more affordable,
go to SoHo,
there are SO MANY affordable boutiques .

i was actually looking online for dresses today, and i'm not sure if you have these stores where you live, but i saw cute ones at: anntaylor.com, gap.com, bananarepublic.com, delias.com, and oldnavy.com. do you have a dillard's or macy's in your town? go look in the juniors department and you will be sure to find something :)

betsey johnson has adorable black sleeved dresses, they also tend to be really short. And betsey was having a sale recently. Its a really good investment plus if its on sale it shouldnt be expensive. here are some ideas but then again there are a ton of others
