I have been gaining alot of weight lately but I realy haven't been realy eatting.I probubly eat once a day because I'm so busy.And I exercise so I don't understand why.I went from 222 to 265 in less than a year.And I don't eat alot of fried foods or fast food.Can some one help me PLEASE.
lilteacup answered Saturday July 28 2007, 7:35 pm: Eating once a day, or not eating only slows down your metabolism. You need to eat properly, 3 normal sized meals or 5 small meals a day, exercise, and keep fattening foods out of your system. Otherwise, it won't really work.
