i want to get them done really bad.but im scared they are going to hurt.adn dont you have to leave it in for like 6 months.im a cheerleader and i cant do that.hellp

Well, it really doesn't hurt. And yes, you do have to leave them in but ask your cheerleading coach if you can put a bandaid over them or something because thats what I had to do. Well, hope I helped!
