facebook - honesty box application

hey.

on facebook, i have the "honesty box" application. well, some people said some stuff in mine & replied, but it's been over a month & they haven't replied back. when - I - reply t them in response to their original honesty box comment, how do they find out i replied? do they have to check back on my honesty box? - especially the people who don't have the honesty box application.
