Spywhare is an anti-spyware program that helps remove malicious scripts/virus'/unsecured programs.
It's not a particularly good example of an anti-spyware program, I'd advise you go for something like ad-aware which does its job properly.
If you can't afford a decent version, here's a free one that's ok ofr nothing - but you get what you pay for!
