Mackenzie answered Tuesday July 17 2007, 10:19 am: I live in Connecticut. My Driver's Ed lasted about eight weeks. I attended class two nights per week, and I was enrolled during the holiday season, so I had some scheduled days off and sometimes an entire missed week. I started the last week of October, and I finished the last week of December, so about two months. All in all, they only wanted thirty hours of in class work and then eight hours of road time, which I had to schedule my first or second time in class. And I did this through a private program, not a high school. :) As a side note, a friend of mine did it through her high school. She went three times per week, and it took about two and a half weeks. Mine was one a week for about 2 months, but my frieds took it and she has it three times a week and it only took her like 2 and a half weeks so it depends where you go. Just look aound your area and ask.
