Why do some boyfriends act different around just one certain friend? bc mine does that at work and i dont like it very much!

well...it could be because of a few things:

Most Likely: They feel differently about that one friend, either like them more or less, than they like most others...

Not Likely: They are falling head over heels in love. lol
