the ipod video

i reset it from the ipod when it was plugged in and it still doesnt recognize it
ive also restored it a couple of times from the actual itunes
theyre are movie files in the movies sections but every time i plug it in theres a pop up that states that those files cant be played on this type of ipod (yet clearly its an ipod video)

any help would be greatly appreciated

hm... well what i normally do when iTunes goes insane is like back up all my music and stuff files. and then reinstall itunes, maybe get a newer version? glad i could help.
