Water Proof

Question Posted Friday July 13 2007, 5:12 pm

I'm going to a water park and I have really curly, frizzy hair. Usually, I use hairspray or mousse and it looks fine, but when I go swimming and it all washes out, my hair gets really frizzy and it looks really gross.

So I was wondering if anyone knew of any hairspray or gel or anything that will hold even if I'm getting it wet a lot. I don't know if there's such a thing as waterproof hairspray or hair gel but if so, what's the best kind to get?

Thanks!!

You can always buy a little hairspray or gel to take with you and then fix it. =]

i don't think there's a waterproof hair gel/spray because then you couldn't wash it out in the shower. my advice for you is to gel the crap out of your hair (like when you get out of the shower), put it up in a tight ponytail (or braid it) and then hairspray the crap out of it after that. also, carry some bobby pins with you when you go.

Well there is no such thing as water proof hairspray or gel but you could put your hair in a pony tail and if you like have someone braid it. It will probably still get frizzy but trust me it wont be as bad!

There are no such waterproof solutions.
