frozen ipod help

how do you unfreeze an ipod?
i tried switching back and forth the hold button and holding down the menu button and the play/pause button but nothing works!

I would suggest you try plugging it in [to charge it]- and maybe it will cause the iPod to change its screen. If nothing happens- I would look in the original package for your iPod and look for the Apple Help Line number-- whatever it is.

Either let the ipod run out of power and then connect it to your computer and it should unfreeze or just connect it to the computer as it is. Worked for me and hope it works for you. ^_^ !,,!
