trying to lose weight and i'm doing everything I can but not taking away my whole life of good food. haha I've been trying to work out alot..but it was my birthday so i kinda piged out..but I'm getting back into being healthy again and anyways. I'm a very strong muscualar person. I mean i have abs legs and arms of steal..however coverd by fat. i feel like when i lift weights i get even bigger [16/f btw] because my muscles are growing and my fat just stays. so what i'm wondering is how can i lose the weight on my thighs, upper arms and stomach. i run, ride the bike and eleptical any thing else?? I'll take any advice on weight lose or anything!!
