I want to be able to buy offline
Ok. I'm 15 and i want to be able to buy stuff of the internet. The only problem is i dont want to ask my dad for his credit card cuz chances are even if i give him the money in cash he wont let me. I want to get pay pal...how does it work? Do i need a credit card? Or what??

there are some banks that if you open a checkin account you get a debit card with it and theres no age limit for it i have one and im 16. i got it when i was 15 with TCF bank because they had free checking accounts. and as long as you put money in the bank and then buy things offline than it works cause ive dont it before. or a visa checkcard works online too

You need to have a debit or credit card yes, and to my knowledge you have to be either 16 or 18 so you'll have to wait a while sorry :(
