wrist and ankle

for some reason my wrist hurts when i pick something up even like a water bottle, i didn;t do anything i can think of that may have hurt it! its been like this since june 15th i put a wrap on my wrist but it doesn't do anything. now the other day my ankle randomly started hurting, my sister had an inflateable slide at her party on the 23rd and it hurt when i fell down but the pain went away and randomly came back like 3 days ago. my body is so messed up

Well maybe you fractured something in your wrist, or tore a ligament you might have also pulled a muscle in your ankle. You might want to go to the doctor and have him x-ray both areas.
You probably also have weak bones.
Try drinking milk and taking one vitamin a day.
